Order management for restaurants, cafés and bistros

Guests order and pay from the menu on their phones. With Ordina & Paga, Stello’s cloud software, you manage menus and orders and coordinate staff and kitchen using your team’s phones or tablets.

Staff and kitchen follow every order

Orders arrive on the board with their table number and status. A waiter accepts the order and sees the next task: pass it to the kitchen, collect ready dishes, serve them or respond to a table call. Kitchen staff mark orders ready for collection.

Staff can use the restaurant account or individual logins on their own phones or tablets.

Sent → accepted → preparing → ready for collection → served → closed.

Guests pay directly from the menu

Orders at a table form one bill that guests can split. Guests pay from the menu with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay and receive a receipt by email.

Guests choose when to settle the bill, making it easier to finish their visit and helping tables become available sooner. The system closes bills paid in full electronically; the waiter confirms cash payments.

Create your menu

Guests order at their own pace

Guests open the QR menu in their browser, choose dishes and send their order. They can order starters first and add other courses while the kitchen prepares the first dishes. Each order joins the table’s bill, and guests track its status on their phones.

See how service is running

Ordina & Paga brings together data on orders, payments and fulfilment times. Owners can review these figures to plan and manage day-to-day service.

Create your menu and start taking orders

Fill in your menu, then set up ordering with payment through the waiter. Once the menu is ready, this initial setup takes a few minutes. Complete the Stripe setup to enable payment directly from the menu.

Stripe handles payment data; Stello stores order details and the email address for the receipt. Ordina & Paga is included in Starter and Pro.
