Stello is an Italian product for restaurants, bars, pizzerias and hospitality venues. It brings together digital menus, online updates and tools for managing table orders and payments.
Why Stello exists
New dishes, seasonal specials and changes in availability are part of everyday restaurant work. We built Stello so owners can update their menu during service and share current information with guests.
Stello brings all these activities together in one digital menu. The restaurant owner updates information online and customers always see the latest version from the same QR.
With Ordina & Paga, included in Starter and Pro, the venue also manages orders and staff and kitchen work; connecting Stripe enables payments from the menu.
What Stello does
Transforms the menu
Upload a photo or PDF and get an initial digital structure with categories and dishes to review.
Keeps the QR updated
Edit dishes, prices, descriptions and availability online without reprinting the QR.
Translates the menu
Stello creates AI translations in up to 15 languages. The restaurant reviews and, if needed, edits the text before publishing.
Suggests allergens for review
Stello suggests allergen categories from the dish information. Before publishing, the restaurant reviews recipes, ingredients, supplier documents, substitutions and kitchen procedures, then confirms or edits the suggestions.
Showcases the venue
The menu can be linked to a venue page with story, chef, photos, hours, address, contact, social and Wi-Fi.

- Base plan: unlimited dishes, AI translation in 15 languages, dish photos, mini-site and advanced tools for daily management.
- Paid plans: designer themes, manual visual editor, nutritional values and featured-dish promotion.
- Manual visual editor: customise fonts, colours, background, header, buttons and photo visibility.
- Core application data, including accounts, menus and dishes, is stored in the European Union through Supabase in the eu-north-1 Stockholm region.
The team
Stello is developed by a team with experience in product creation, technology and business digitalization. It includes three senior IT engineers who have already contributed to the launch of products for the global market, and two C-level executives.
